Red Phone Boxes
4 British red phone boxes, on St Mary's Street in Cambridge. These phone boxes are a very popular photo opportunity among the many tourists in Cambridge. I had to wait my turn to photograph these and for the remaining tourists to get out of my picture. As while I was composing, some Japanese visitors decided to get in my shot and stand next to them, jumping the queue to photograph them. I'm quite sure that British Telecom could make more money charging a fee to photograph these, than they make on anyone actually using the telephones in them.
