Smart Fish Method Freestyle Sneak & Reach Warrior with High Shoulder

* This is done "WARRIOR STYLE"... using Quick Breathing and Long Warrior position kicking, in order to reset the flutter kick and head positioning, before and after the underwater recovery switching.

* This is the same as 6 Kick Switch, but the arms recover under the water, instead of over the water. Therefore, it is still considered a Kicking-Only Drill.

* It is best to save this drill for Precomp Level 2, or SFM Grade 9 swimmers, who should be able to do it on the Long Axis or with a "High Shoulder."
