Kecharitōmenē
Kecharitōmenē: spoken to Mary by the angel Gabriel who was the emissary of God. It is used only once in the entire Bible.
It is the perfect passive participle which denotes one who has been and still is "full of Grace".
Gabriel's salutation is more than a greeting, but rather a description of the nature of Mary, an emotionally charged cry of victory. For it is through her that God chose to bring Christ to
the whole world.
