Artichokes

THese are from California and are not as good as the ones from Sciara prov.Palermo . One can roast them with olive oil andsalt and black pepper ,one can boil them and take of the leaves and dip the leaves in vinegar and eat the end part of the leaves,one can stuff them and cook them in white sauce ( in bianco) or red sauce ,either way the are good. Make a frittata with eggs, Many ways to eat them /
