Tiger on tow
NBC's first Tiger was LOA 832X allocated to Midland Red (and followed by a batch of Willowbrook bodied Leopards). The Tiger had a Plaxton Supreme body and is seen here a few years later having been rescued by Devon General's well-known AEC recovery vehicle RV11, MAE 142F (197 TT), no doubt on its way to Exeter depot for repairs to be undertaken. Not the best start for a holiday tour. At the time of this shot, LOA was Midland Red Coaches 532.
