Week#161 - Negative Space
#01 and experimenting - I love negative space images, getting the concept is the difficult part. I stood on a stool for this shot, not the easiest thing to do these days lol, hence the slight softness. The birds nest was supposed to be used for another shot I had in mind, not for a challenge and using another background, but I accidentally discovered my bedroom wooden furniture easy to work with. It all started off a little different in my head and ended up coming together. I originally had a feather as well but decided there was too much overcrowding. That is the fun of photography! So much to play with in this challenge. 1/15 sec. f/7.1 35 mm ISO 800, light coming in from the window and slight adjustments in PSE15 taking out a couple of distracting dots in the furniture.
