Neowise III
I am adding an Image I captured just outside Moab in the valley & river area of Canyonlands NP. The Neowise Comet was with us for a very short time and like so many others I captured several different views of it. This is one of my favorites because of the Airglow and the little cloud. In the upper right of the frame, you can see the tail of the Milkyway disappearing into the light of Moab. This was captured a little later in the evening after the sky got a bit darker and the Comet was much lower in the sky. There is a bit of movement in the stars and the little cloud that was holding fairly still during the exposure of the sky. The tail of the Milkyway can be seen in the upper right.
Sky: Nikon D850 / 30 sec / ISO 1250 / 200-500 / 500mm
Foreground: Sky: Nikon D850 / 30 sec / ISO 1250/ 200-500 / 200mm
White balance: @ 5500 Kelvin for a bluer feel
Processing: Lightroom / Paintshop Pro / Photoshop was used for basic editing and combining the foreground and sky
