The maddening throng floods toward the tops of the granite and stone steps that have marked the halls and battlements of government for generations.
At the front door, a sign hangs. "Sorry, we are CLOSED. Will reopen at..." and the hands have been removed from the clockface.

b) Change the locks. Remembering that these building are owned by We the People after all, become squatters. Please turn to page 2 and begin the future anew.
