Oh man! Got day 1 of #21dayfixextreme in the books! I sure needed it! My knee just wasn't having it though so I had to modify quite a bit. #plyofixextreme has a lot of jumping so had to take most the jumping out, I got it done though!! #21DFX #day1 #knee
