Ascending

I took this photo a long time ago in 2018 at Turnagain arm drive, Alaska. The weather made this amazing place appear out of the world. The impending storm and the landscape illustrated the raw nature. This image gives me a flashback of my whole Alaska trip where vast wilderness made me realize the futility of trivial worries of everyday life. Standing in an ambiance like this makes me appreciate many things we, fortunately, enjoy in our civilized life. Simultaneously, it leads to a feeling of being a part of this vastness that we barely understand.
