The Flying Dutchman is a legendary ghost ship. The captain Willem van der Decken is repeatedly failing to round the Cape of Good Hope and finally sworn that he would succeed, whether God or the devil stood against him. God will not tolerate such blasphemy without immediately judging the captain and his ship, until the judgment day sail on the oceans.
