Chu can mobilize arms throughout all of the mid and eastern reaches of Eurasian territory. Chu’s actions are clear but his intentions are not. His factory is secured by his personal paramilitary which he has amassed through funding Eurasian efforts in the Indonesian territories previously. Chu’s paramilitary seems to operate not with fanatic intent, but to privatize Chu’s control. In Chu’s dealings with rebels, his personal troops accompany the assets from the factory to the rendezvous. He practices similar procedures when transporting arms to Eurasian bases and fronts. These suspicious activities are a base for our suspicion that he has blurred intentions and a clear distrust for anyone including Eurasia; save those who he invests in. Whoever benefits from him could be a strong ally or the free world’s downfall. Your target; Wohan Chu’s domestic fortress in the most remote northern limits of Lusaka. Your objective is to authenticate our suspicions that Chu may be working towards an alliance with us after all. To do such, secure intel on Chu’s private investments to see if his financial flips in the arms trade is going towards our allies or to us directly.
You will be inserted via airdrop in a twin vessel as the UFA and Oceania personnel. You will not make contact with the UFA and Oceania personnel and you will not cut off Chu’s security for them. His security is manned by standard Eurasian troops but as our surveillance shows they operate like his personal assets in his factory. This means they are organized thoroughly and likely armed with advanced firearms. This operation is a deniable operation. However, should you find that the intel confirms substantial investments in the enemies of NATO, UFA, Oceania, USA, or EU, you will bring in Wohan Chu and an immediate air strike will be sent to destroy his residence as well as his factory upon your team’s exfil. Should you confirm that Chu is indeed an ally, seize him, signal for exfil via skyhook procedure, and leave without chambering a round. You deploy at 0300 and wear no identification. The subtle outlines of the NATO forces landed in, and according to the UFA debriefing, they were out to assassinate Chu while UFA eliminated security to secure the compound. This location was pitched to be a staging ground for an assault on the arms factory in Lusaka below. UFA troops were depending on NATO to take out security cams and detectors but they were never meant to. The real objective was NATO's securing intel on Chu's private investments.
