layout drafts

1st layout is a traditional multicolumn grid. First page will be a quote + portrait, and second page will highlight his artwork. Planning to incorporate lots of negative space with this layout inspired by Shigeo's minimalistic and functional style.

 

2nd layout is somewhat experimental. I'm thinking of approaching this as a collage so it'll be more busy and engaging. Hierarchy might be a challenge. 2nd page will have typography elements. Both layouts will feature more artwork than text
