The Sinclair Method
TSM requires no expensive rehab and no hospital detox. The method has gone through over 80 successful clinical trials and uses a safe, non-addictive, FDA-approved medication (naltrexone) that is off-patent, which means inexpensive (the medication is actually sold over-the-counter in Spain).
