Requirement 4
This photo satisfies requirement 4: Flash + Ambient. A flash was used pointing to the subject, but there was also a white light shining from above. There is fill light on the surface of the table because their is light reflecting off of it from the lights above. The key light, strongest beam of light, is from the lights above. Areas that are affected by this key light are brighter in the image.
I wanted the image to be focussed in the foreground and background, so for a deeper depth of field, I used a low aperture of f/7.1. I used an ISO of 100 because there was good lighting inside this study room, plus having a little slow shutter speed of 1/50 lets in more light to the camera.
I also cropped the image to make it look symmetrical.
