Requirement 3
This photo satisfies requirement 3: Show the action by blurring the background. This image had the same aperture, shutter speed, and ISO as the other photo I used to satisfies requirement 3. I used a small aperture to help sharpen the image of the foreground and compensate for the bright sun outside. I had to cradle the camera to help keep it stable when I focused on the car mirror. A long shutter speed of 1/10 lets in more light into the camera and helped blur the background image, showing motion. I was in a car that was driving. I didn't need to increase the ISO any higher than 100 because it was very sunny outside with lot of light.
