Requirement 1
This photo was taken in Olympic national park and satisfies requirement 1. I used f/5.6 and set iso of 200 and shutter speed to 1/400. With this aperture and iso and shutter speed, i can get most of things in focused. And then i placed my camera on a tripod and then set it into a time selfie mode. To be specifically, 10s to take a pic. And then i run in front my camera and then walk. Then it catches a nice selfie of me. I used Lightroom to do the post process by increasing exposure and a little bit sharpness. And i set the photo into black and white.
