Quick facts:

1. After laying up to 15 eggs, the female coils herself around them and shivers- vibrating all her muscles to keep the eggs warms.

2. Most commonly seen snake in QLD.

3. The are non-venomous but can still bite you hard.

4. They are named after their markings, which ressembles an oriental carpet pattern 🤔

5. Females can be up to 4 time heavier than makes
