I took this shot at green lake facing the sky meets requirement 2 & 4. I am capturing the sky texture in this photo under the golden hour light. I use a small aperture f/22 and a slow shutter speed 1/40 to make clear cloud texture. Then I emphasize the color in lightroom by adjust red hue to show more golden hour light reflect on cloud. I also increase the contrast to make the color texture clear.
