Requirement 2

This photo is taking at Kerry park facing Space needle meets requirement 2. I set camera with wide aperture f/5.6 and slow shutter speed at 1/5 second also set a high ISO 3200 to make picture brighter. The light from the architecture is clear not blur at all.
