Considered to be the Holy Grail by many Barbie collectors, this rare accessory accompanies the "Roman Holiday" outfit. It is monogrammed with "B" and the hinged cover opens to reveal a foil "mirror". My luck-- it turned up in an auction of Barbie odds and ends but wasn't identified in the listing!
