Che cos'è la tenerezza? È l'amore che si fa vicino e concreto. È un movimento che parte dal cuore e arriva agli occhi, alle orecchie, alle mani. La tenerezza è usare gli occhi per vedere l'altro, usare le orecchie per sentire l'altro. Significa usare le mani e il cuore per accarezzare l'altro, per prendersi cura di lui. Sì, la tenerezza è la strada che hanno percorso gli uomini e le donne più coraggiosi e forti. Non è debolezza la tenerezza, è fortezza.

The path of tenderness

 

What is tenderness? It is the Love that becomes close and concrete. It is a movement that starts from the heart and arrives to the eyes, to the ears, to the hands. Tenderness is to use our eyes to see the others, to use our ears to listen to the others. It means to use our hands and heart to caress the others, to care for them. Yes, tenderness is the road that have taken the bravest and strongest men and women. Tenderness is not weakness, it is strength.
