Being a successful entrepreneur, in an unorganized fashion sector, she is now a case study in ISB Hyderabad, the most reputed B-schools in the country. She is a mentor in over 35 colleges across the country like BD Somani-Mumbai, FMS-Delhi, Satyam-Delhi. She is also on the advisory board of Amity University and International Polytechnic for Women.

 

Varija Bajaj has been honoured with the Delhi Gaurav Award for her immense contribution to the fashion industry by Dr Harsh Vardhan, Hon'ble Minister for Science and Technology. She has also been awarded the Women's Achievers Award for Fashion by the Young Environmentalists Trust, Mumbai. She also won one Build India Award. She has been announced as ‘Women of the Year 2018’ by DLA Honours 2018 Media. She has also won the Brij Ratan award in 2018.
