"Blue Moon"

I waited up until 1.30 am this morning to try and capture the best image of the blue supermoon.

 

Unfortunately, over here in Bristol, it was rather cloudy and overcast.

 

Eventually, I did manage to get a few shots, so it really was worth the late night extravaganza.

 

I really enjoyed watching the beautiful clouds passing by. Yes, it was good fun!

It's definitely a treat to view the Super Moon, as such an event will be many years away.

 

I used the creative settings on my camera to achieve this image, I know that the Super Moon is its normal colour, just that it's closer to the earth 🌎 and that the reason it's a blue moon is because there were two full moons this month. 💙 😊
