"Big cat, bad cat" Please read my poetry "Meow"
"Big cat, bad cat"
Out the window I stare,
i'm big cat, bad cat without a care,
I see the birds, the other cats,
oi, that ones dropping lots of scats,
i've had enough, that cat will cry,
I'm bad cat, his fur will fly,
i'm full of scratches and spite,
watch out my nashers bite,
i'm nasty the hardest cat there ever has been,
all scratches and snarls "know what I mean",
alright my lovver, i'm hard innit,
i'm big, i'm bad, gurt lush so bring it,
i'm big nasty, won't take no scat,
just fed up with splat from my neighbours cat.
The end.
Key:
Innit = "Isn't it".
Nashers = Teeth.
Lovver = Old Mate, Friend.
Gurt Lush = Brilliant, Nice.
Scat = Droppings.
Splat = Mess.
I found this awesome scruffy looking tom cat on a backyard rear wall in a rough, tough rundown area of urban Bristol, he was massive, scruffy and unkept, and didn't like the camera pointing at him, for sure, I got fairly close but he was very aggressive, like a lion, so not too close!!!!
We took a few images and beat a hasty retreat, looking backwards occasionally just checking we weren't being followed, or chased by Bad cat, know what I mean? 😹
It was a little like after watching a bad horror film that was extremely frightening, then going to bed, but opening the cupboard doors to check there was nothing inside hiding. 😈
