" Yellow, black and white striped Caterpillar "

I think this may be a Canker worm Caterpillar ???

It dangled down on a single strand of web, and was able to go up and down by itself.

So I put it down on a leaf and took a photograph, it was a lovely colour and I hope it's not poisonous because of the warning colours of black and yellow ???
