Submerged buoy with algae at Rågårdsdal
An old submerged buoy still tethered to the bottom by a rope, overgrown with algae the waters of Åbyfjorden at Rågårdsdal, Lysekil Municipality, Sweden. Photo taken just after the rain with the evening sun slanting in over the deep end of the fjord and illuminating things near the surface. The rain also brings silt from the surrounding cliffs into the fjord. This clouds the water a bit and it scatters the light around the buoy, creating a weak halo around it.
