GWR 8750 tank WiP [SAM_0241]

Despite starting both this build and the Class 08 at the same time, this GWR 8750 pannier is first out the gate. Still several tweaks to do, mostly exchanging black bricks to Dark Green, but structurally it's pretty much there. Still PF to add. I've discovered that BBB wheels are about 8.5mm thick, compared with EN wheels' 7.8mm. Thus the BBB wheels I'm using don't quite fit behind the running board, so a little sanding will be in order.
