We Have a T-Rex

So hey, if anyone wants to send me their Dilophosaurus figure free of charge, I won't complain. Heh.

Anyways, this is lowkey a dream come true. I remember making all these characters out of spare parts and sharpie to go with those buildable dinosaurs in canisters way back in the day (anyone else remember those?) But these are a million times better, and damn do they all line up well.

Originally I was just going to go for the main cast and the characters I drew up plans for last year, but Wu and Harding sort of let themselves in along the way.

Not gonna go through parts, but I will lend some thoughts along the way.

Back row:

Arnold: The last of these guys to be built, felt good to click him all together.

Wu: Super simple, doesn't match the official fig, but I think it works.

Doctor Harding: Based loosely on his Lego Game appearance. Sunglasses are custom painted onto a Flitwick head.

Dodgson: Not as proud of these sunglasses. Need me some damn Coulson heads.

Bottom Row:

Nedry is Nedry, I just changed the legs.

Tim and Lex are Tim and Lex, but Lex has the new med-legs.

Grant has the Emmett hair, as well as Hiker hips and Adventurer's legs.

Hammond is the same as last time but with a matching hat and Dumbledore's head. Been wanting to find a use for that one, glad I finally did.

I know there's no Compies in the first film, but I painted this little guy based on some JPIII toys I had and loved him too much not to show him off. I need like thirty of these little guys.

Ellie has Mad-Eye-Moody's hair

Malcolm is Malcolm. I like his hair and skin tone. I'm leaving him as-is.

Gennaro could use some Capaldi hair, but I haven't got any, so this'll do. His legs didn't turn out as smooth as I had hoped cause the paint went bad for some reason.

Muldoon is more or less the same, but with a new head and The Ninjago movie CMF Scientist's legs sans printing.

I'm glad I've just had this triceratops lying around.

I would have made a fig of Ed Regis, unamused Jeep Driver but there aren't any fitting torsos and I didn't want to take the time to paint one.

I'm sure I'll update a few of these over time, and replace Nedry with that "Denny Nedermeyer" fig coming out this summer, but we'll burn that bridge when we get to it.

Until then, lemme know what you think!
