Suicide Force -- Entry to rwBricks contest
Oh hey, another Suicide Squad. At least this one's been combined with the badassness that is Rick Remender's Uncanny X-Force.
Also I've had the idea for these for a long time, so it's cool to realize them as figs.
Anyways.
S.W. Wilson/Deathpool: A schizophrenic America mercenary who was hired to undergo an a military-funded experiment in the backwoods of Canada. The process enhanced his strength, speed, and stamina, but warped his skin and inexplicably destroyed his right eye.
Eve Braddock/Psyshade: Born to wealthy British Politicians. Eve discovered at a young age that her mother was born in another dimension, and that she inherited both psychic and shadow-based powers. During an adventure fighting her brother Jamie, who was possessed by the demon Incubus, her body was almost entirely destroyed, forcing her comrades to plant her mind in a new body, that of a Japanese assassin known as Kwannon Jade. Luckily, this did not effect her powers.
Nanaue Worthington/Sharkangel: A wealthy Hawaiian playboy, Nanaue was born with a mutation that made him resemble a Shark. During a fight he was badly burned, and his body was recovered by Doctor Hugo Sinister under orders from Darkpocalypse and fitted with massive, deadly mechanical wings. In constant battle with whether or not he should eat people. Spoilers, he does.
Colonel Rick Summers: A telepathic, half-robotic military man who claims to be from the future. A close confidant of Amanda Fury, the director of S.H.I.E.L.D, Rick was tasked with leading the covert, black-ops operation Suicide Force. Has developed an unorthodox friendship with Deathpool.
Logan Turner/Bronze Wolverine: A mysterious, amnesia-stricken warrior who's journeys took him from the depths of Canada to the mountains of Nepal, where he trained with the deadly Hand of Shadows, an organization of assassins and killers. A master of meditation, Turner is constantly fighting an interior berserker rage with meditation and tai-chi. Has had many run-ins with Batman: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Jean-Phillipe Lawton/ Fantomshot: Fantomshot had an unconventional childhood, his harsh father raised him and his brother in an artificial world. When his brother was killed in said world, Fantomshot used his powers of deception to trick the security sensors, and murdered his father, then escaped to France, and taught himself to be a master thief, and used his natural talent for Marksmanship to become the world's greatest shootist. Though he seems charming and suave, he has a massive death wish, and doesn't care if he lives or dies.
Anyways, I actually have a bunch more of these in mind, but I'm gonna stick to just these ones because brevity and they're debatabley the coolest.
Fun fact, all of the custom parts in these figs were pre-existing from other projects.
