Casting off
When winterising the engine, came across aload of goo at the back end of the engine. As I only see this area once a year, thought I had better sort it out. The gasket of this 34 year old engine had given up the ghost leading to some leakage of water and antifreeze. The four bolts holding the casting came off very easily and you can see there's a good bit of scaling.
