Custom Lego Daredevil

Hey guys!

So I've been working on a lot of commissions lately so it will be a little while untill i continue any projects like flash villains, lego batman, and harry potter, but i've decided to make some more marvel comic characters in between commissions so here's Daredevil!

 

I mostly wanted to make this to accompany a Kingpin bigfig im getting soon, which ill modify.

 

Murdocks cowl is made from a minifig.cat ski mask, provided generously by sams_figs on instagram. I did a little more modification than i originally thought i would have to when i started. The brow and horns were sculpted with procreate and the mouth area was widened and i sculpted a bit to go under the chin. I understand most people wont like it but im happy with it. (UPDATE: I removed the chin and it looks better. you cans see it on my instagram highlights or in the Kingpin picture)

 

I modified a legolas head.

 

The gloves and boots were painted in a darker red and outlined in black, like most of the details on this fig.

 

I'm also really happy with how the symbol turned out.

 

The nunchucks are cut from some red flex tube with the ends smoothed over with procreate and a string from a lego fire hydrant thing threaded between them. It was painted white.
