14000 BTU Kenmore Coldspot 115v still used!

This unit is installed in a house in West Virginia. It was never cleaned, painted, runs 24/7 and still works great! It is 14000 BTUs, has 55 oz of R22 and runs on 115 Volts. It only draws 12 amps so it pulls 1380 watts giving it an EER of 10.1! I told them to clean it out and never replace it! Outside pic
