Fibrous dysplasia. This finding can be part of the McCune Albright syndrome, when there are associated multiple cafe au
lait spots and endocrine hyperfunction (such as precocious puberty). Despite being classified as one of the neurocutaneous diseases, the McCune Albright syndrome does not seem to be specifically associated with seizures, though seizures secondary to bone distortion have been reported.
