Arrival On The Alien Shore
Boy Scouts welcome the arrival of fellow scouts canoeing to a granite beach. Although this appears to be a black and white image, it was actually produced by the light reflecting off the lake. Sleeping out under the night sky we got to witness, for the first time, the formation of stars known as the Milky Way. When sunrise came, we awoke to a light frost on our sleeping bags.
