der Flügel, the wing

da sitzt du im Flieger, hast einen schönen Fensterplatz und willst die Aussicht geniessen .... und dann das! Da kommt einem der Gedanke: "muss der Flügel ausgerechnet auf meiner Seite sein?"

 

there you are on the plane, you have a nice window seat and you want to enjoy the view.... and then this! The thought occurs to you: "does the wing have to be on my side of all places?"
