Consolidated B-24J Liberator --- MARION

The aircraft in the above photo represents a B-24J of the 392 Bomber Group 8th Air Force ( H ) 577 Squadron serial # 42-94898. She was flown under two names, Marion and Terri Ann. While the photo model shows the craft with red engine cowls, the engine cowls were the same color as the overall craft. After flying 26 missions she returned to the U.S.A. in June of 1945.
