Block 723? Why not use 723?

Halifax Transit 2010 NovaBus LFS articulated #719 is seen coming into Scotia square on the 1 Spring.

 

This is on block 723. On our Sundays and Holidays schedule. The block numbers are numbered in 700s. This Burnside 1 is block 723 (23rd bus out of the garage.) 723 is also a Burnside transit centre bus, so they should use bus 723 to fit with the block number.
