This image shows the use of a very unique composition.
This set of image is a reflection of my current self, and my current mindset. Through the lens of my camera, I get a feeling of liberation, very much like the feeling I get from performing on stage. When I capture a photo with my camera, I get to tell a story that is very unique, and people have a chance to see what I see and feel how I feel at the moment, and perhaps bring joy to them either because of the aesthetic or the story.
The first photo is my self portrait. I took it at the front patio of Foothill. It seems merely a reflection of my sunglasses, but it represents me very well. Everything is only focused on one thing, and one thing only. Everything else that is not relevant to it will be blurred out. That is the kind of focus I have when it comes to my passion of acting and film-making.
The second photo I have is my best friend Andre. Andre has been my friend for almost two years now. We met at the student orientation, and we have been best friends since. He is a very important part of my life, because he is always there for me when I need help he most(And also he is my housemate,we share an apartment together).
The third photo I have is the foothill campus. Foothill is currently a very important part of my life as well. From here I have an opportunity to go to UCLA or USC to study film/acting, and I’ve learned tremendously from my teaches here.
The forth photo is me and my girlfriend’s dog, Cupcake. She is very adorable and kind, and she is also very cuddly. I walk her everyday in the morning, and I have been trying my best to take care of her sine she was diagnosed with pollen allergy. Cupcake is an important little one.
The fifth and last photo is a small branch I saw growing out of a corner of the wall at Foothill. I think that captures an idea I believe in very well, which is capture every opportunity in life, just like that little branch.
