Don't Breathe Movie Review

So this afternoon I went and saw Don't Breathe.

 

The performances were fine in this movie, nothing spectacular and nothing awful, so we're better than others like the two leads in the movie. I thought Steven Lang did a good job as the antagonist of this movie. He wasn't as menacing as I thought he was gonna be based on the trailers, but he was still someone not to mess with.

 

This movie also didn't do what most modern horror movies do like, make you care for the characters! And the jump scares are actually real, not like one character taps on another characters shoulder or something stupid.

 

The plot of this movie was good, but was too simple, burglars burgle a house and bad things happen and I didn't like how the movie just kept going on it could've ended fine about three times before it actually ended and at that point the movie just got very predictable.

 

So I give Don't Breathe a high C+
