Question: Is this a Question Mark butterfly?

My research indicates that this is the Polygonia interrogationis (wow! what a mouthful!), commonly called the Question Mark butterfly.

 

I don't remember ever seeing this one before but it is apparently common in this area. It seemed to like the Asiatic jasmine growing on the fence.
