Fontvieille, France Market: Macaroons that were wonderful!

My wife found a seller that had what I thought were cookies but were macaroons, unlike any I've ever had. The outsides were almost like a cookie, but the inside was more like a coconut macaroon. But the colors were bright with the flavors to match. We carried some with us, but they did not last to the end of the day. We should have bought more.
