West Texas cactus blossom

I found this cactus out near McCamey, Texas on the side of the road. It is a small, gray, non-descript looking cactus, but after bringing it back and planting it, it bloomed and had the most iridescent blossom I've ever seen. This photo is not retouched or altered in any way. The colors are amazing and is the way this blossom looked up close.
