TheArmy Corps of Engineers Baltimore District enjoyed their early morning PT Test at the Baltimore Ravens M&T Bank stadium. A special thank-you and congratulations was extended to COL Edward P. Chamberlayne by a representative of the Raven's stadium, marking the Colonel's final PT test prior to his retirement.
