FEST-A Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District Change of Command Ceremony held on Friday, April 6th, 2018.

 

COL Edward Chamberlayne, Commander of the Baltimore District, North Atlantic Division conducted the Change of Command Ceremony for the 71st Engineer Detachment, Forward Engineer Support Team - Advance (FEST-A). During the ceremony, MAJ Andrew A. Petrie assumed command from MAJ Terrence G. Harrington.
