My only visit to this iconic photographic location came when on holiday, camping nearby. Determined to find it, me and a friend spent one evening cycling out along various farm tracks, Unfortunately it was late by the time we got there and fading light prevented any decent photography.
However I was able to get this shot of 47624, on what I believe is a Paignton - Laira ECS working, the stock having come off the 10:45 Glasgow - Paignton? 31/7/86
