When we had to put Clancy down in June, we decided to wait on getting another dog until we got back from Newfoundland at the end of August. Tracie agreed with the decision, but kept sending me pics of dogs up for sale or adoption, and when she sent me Sully’s pic on kijiji, I could not resist, and we got him two weeks before going away. He was less than 7 pounds, and 8 weeks old when we got him, and he’s now tipping the scales at 26. Sullivan wants to be everyone’s best friend, but has a super strong personality and is happy to let you know when he is displeased. He’ll chase a tennis ball all day, but always takes his time bringing it back. Not quite matching Rigsy’s athleticism yet, but I have hopes, and he has become the best family member.
