Since the Lino section wasn’t too far away, I was required to make three preparatory drawings to use and when the time came, I had to choose my favourite. I decided to do extreme close ups on laces and display the light and shadows. Additionally, I had never did any sketches of close ups so it provided quite an intriguing challenge for me.
