three elements
Trying to simply things here in this street photo. I first saw the diagonal shadow against the sandstone wall which I though would create an interesting element to the composition. I then waited for a suitable character to walk into frame. This didn’t take too long but needed to take a few shots to get someone with the energy levels and ‘footwork’ that I was looking for. This was my second element. When I took this photo, I realised that the simplicity of the composition and negative space actually completed the third element.
