Playing around with 2x2-jumpers.
These two technqiues are very simple, but quite handy. They look the same from both sides which is good for 360 degree creations.
The left one is also possible using 1x2 plates and the newer type of 1x2 jumpers (with groove). Snotted 1x2 tiles look similar.
The second one uses 2x2 tiles as well as 1x2s with grooves.
I am a little bit unsure if I'm the first one who came up with these, but I actually can't remember seeing these before, so I have good chances to show you something new ;)
